Abstract

This paper presents a SPICE model for a shielded cable over a ground plane excited by an incident uniform plane wave. The model is applicable for radiated and conducted EMC analysis. It allows the bidirectional coupling between the inner and outer systems and can thus be integrated into simulations for immunity and emission analysis. The model was developed on the basis of classical transmission line theory.
