Firstly, we give the concept of Intelligent Energy Controller (IEC), and make it as a device to arrange underlying network information and implement commands from upper layer. Then, we describe the architecture and running process of the system, by introducing in detail the design of the architecture and the flow process of information in the network. Abstract
