The efficient network recruitment model has become one of the long-term developments of enterprises. Based on this, based on the actual situation of enterprises, this paper takes Fujian Uni-President Tinplate Co., Ltd. as an example to collect the current information that affects the effectiveness of online recruitment. Through the research methods of statistics and semantic analysis, this paper analyses and innovates from the aspects of online recruitment methods, online recruitment processes, and online recruitment data processing. Thus establish a more systematic, functional network recruitment mode.
