Research on Interactive Interface Design Based on Cognition and Demand Characteristics of Disabled Users

Abstract

This paper focuses on the characteristics of cognition and demands of disabled users through questionnaires, user interviews, literature research and KANO model. On this basis, this paper combines the theory of sensory compensation and emotional compensation to complete the research and practice of interaction interface design for disabled users, aiming to help disabled users experience mobile Internet more fairly and integrate into social life.
