Abstract

This paper describes software to assist the transformer testing laboratory in electrical engineering teaching. The software is a Microsoft Windows application programme. It requires an IBM compatible PC with MS Windows 3.1. The programme compiler used is Borland C++ (Ver 3.1) with Application Frameworks.
