For this purpose, the quantitative cross-sectional study design approach has been adopted, and the data generated from 330 academicians from various educational intuitions in Andhra Pradesh, India and analyzed through testing Hypothesis with the help of SPSS 25. Abstract

This research paper aims to analyze the Impact of Green Environmental Initiatives and Green HRM Practices on organizational Performance in the Educational Sector.
