Based on the IEEE 802.11ad channelization, we propose a flexible FDMA/TDD hybrid radio interface for point-to-point wireless data centers (WDC) communications to achieve an equivalent performance to the IEEE 802.11ay’s EDMG. In light of WDC channel modeling results, we evaluate the performance of the traditional scheme and compare the results to the hybrid scheme. Abstract
