Abstract

The paper experimentally demonstrates the need and the importance to have a synchronization algorithm in the receiver section of each unit in a complex multi-board sensing system designed for off-line monitoring of biometric traces. In particular, the influence of the delay introduced by the receiver while processing synchronizing messages is evaluated.
