Use of robotics as a tool for sanitation and lagoon conservation

Abstract

It presents the first version of the autonomous robot "JARV-1" designed to collaborate in the sanitation and conservation of lagoons. The robot moves as a reference the edge of these water tanks, uses a network for the collection of solid waste. This paper shows the design, implementation and functional tests of the robotic tool.
