Owing to the good flexibility of polyimide, this structure can be easily attached to metal screen of curved shapes. Abstract

In this paper we presented a diffuse scattering metasurface with cross-shaped units of randomly chosen sizes. The main energy of the incident wave is scattered to many different directions of the upper half space through the metasurface, resulting in the reduction of backward radar cross section (RCS).
