Change management in supply chain: Supply chain urbanization method

Abstract

The changing market and technological developments have led to profound changes that have challenged the overall strategy of organizations. These are expected to acquire new customers and keep the old ones, which encourages them to review their supply chain strategy. This article details the design steps for a new method of managing change in the supply chain, based on the company's strategy, starting from the analysis of three change management methods EKD-CMM, SCOR and Urbanism SI.
