Abstract

Increased competition in the markets of goods and services associated with the development of science and technology dictates the need for the organization not only to plan and respond to incidents and failures to continue business activities at an acceptable predetermined level, but also in a predetermined recovery target to achieve a full restoration of normal activities in the event of a devastating incident. The article shows some areas of improvement of existing and creation of new tools and methods focused on the creation and maintenance of a holistic management process that determines the potential threats to the Organization and the possible level of impact on business activities, which is aimed at ensuring business sustainability and effective response, providing protection of the interests of key project participants, reputation, brand and activities to create added value.
