The split ring resonator structure is used to replace the conventional monopole patch in order to generate two resonant frequencies. The antenna is aimed to fabricate with a round shape on a flexible material, a paper substrate with e = 3.55 to make it suitable for wearing on the chest of the patient for monitoring device.
