The Transformation Evaluation System of Scientific Study Achievements in Colleges based on Entropy Method

Abstract

The high-quality development of the national economy requires attention to the transformation of technological achievements. The transformation of scientific study achievements in colleges is an important part of the transformation of technological achievements. This paper takes the scientific study achievements of colleges in Liaoning Province as the research object, and evaluates the transformation ability of scientific study achievements of colleges in Liaoning Province according to the established evaluation index system of scientific study achievements in colleges. Through the evaluation, this paper analyzes the trend of input and output changes in the transformation of scientific study achievements in colleges in Liaoning Province, so as to find out the deficiencies in the transformation of scientific study achievements in colleges in Liaoning Province, and find out the reasons for the problems. Based on the current situation, this paper puts forward suggestions for the transformation and development of study achievements in colleges in Liaoning Province.
