The evaluation of the self-consumption has been done using a PV plant installed on the coastal site of Bou Ismaïl (Algeria), the energy demand is based on the specific energy needs of the house for each season. It appears that for the spring and autumn the energy demands of the house are well satisfied. This is not the case for the winter and the summer where a lack of energy is high.
