To understand the influence factors of the evacuation efficiency so as to develop rational evacuation schemes for different evacuation scenes, this paper builds a simulation model of double deck by Pathfinder in which four evacuation scenarios are set referring to the IMO guidelines. From the three perspectives of evacuation time, congestion degree and exit efficiency, the author compares and analyzes the evacuation situation between choosing exits under the principle of proximity and that under the guidance of an evacuation plan. The results show that the selection of exits under the guidance of evacuation plan can promote the utilization of exits, effectively reduce the congestion degree in the evacuation process, and then shorten the evacuation time.
