It is expected that in 2015 the national market benefit of data centers will be more than 50 billion. As the business development, the power consumption of data center also increased year by year. But traditional technique and rough construction mode bring low efficiency in operation and energy utilization. To solve the problem, this article presents research on structure and principle of power and cooling system, and then introduces a new model of them. A testing system verifies the feasibility of the theory. As a comprehensive business base in the southern area, China Mobile South Base is carrying all kinds of network business and IDC service.
