Integrated Antennas for Dual-Polarized Wireless Communication in the mm W-range

Abstract

An integrated dual-polarized antenna system consisting of a slot bowtie as well as a standard bowtie antenna for wireless communication in the millimeter-wave range is presented. By using a dual-polarized approach, the overall system bandwidth of a wireless communication system can be enhanced or polarization diversity can be addressed.
