Introduction au deuxième volet « Pierres dressées en Afrique de l’Est »

Abstract

Communications presented during a session dedicated to “African Megaliths: a very present past” during the SAfA meeting at Toulouse (june 2016), are here published as two thematic parts within the previous and present issues of the peer-reviewed journal “Afrique: Archeologie & Arts”. The first was about “Funerary platforms, sometimes bounded by standing stones, south of the Sahel strip”. This second parts relates to “Standing stones from Eastern Africa”.
