The Elliptical Curve Digital Signature Algorithm(ECDSA) provides a new solution for enhanced security and privacy between IoMT devices and the cloud via network constituents. On the other hand, Identity-based encryption(IBE), Attribute-based encryption(ABE), Role-Based Access Control Systems(RBAC), and Searchable Encryption(SE) ensures strong encryption of the electronic medical records(EMRs). Abstract
