This research methodology is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection is done by observation, in-depth interviews and documents or archives. The purpose of this comparison itself is to see how empowerment and literacy development through waste management. Abstract

This study aims to explore the empowerment efforts while increasing community literacy through waste management in Purbalingga. This research is important to be research, where the problem of waste is an endless problem.
