Medical Records Service Management in the Hospitals

Abstract

At present, most hospitals are still using traditional paper medical records and the application of electronic medical records is still in the initial stage. The existing management pattern of medical records is not conducive to improving the efficiency of hospital services. Therefore, it is urgent to conduct scientific research for the management of medical records. With the service science theory, it is helpful to study innovative model of medical records management.
