Evaluating the Impact of Culture on Planning and Executing Multinational Joint Force Stability, Security, Transition and Reconstruction Operations

Abstract

This paper describes a recent effort, sponsored by the Defense Research Advanced Projects Agency (DARPA), to evaluate the need for a cultural assessment tool to mitigate the negative effects of cultural differences on planning and executing multinational stability and reconstruction operations
