Abstract

Russian regional society for scientists and engineers TOPEK jointed scientists, designers, engineers, postgraduates and students in the field of solid-state optoelectronic and photonic systems is presented. TOPEK's organization, officers, and research and development activity is described. Postgraduates and students participation in science life is considered.
