Numerical simulation made it possible to construct a solid model of the selected component with the set boundary conditions in several of the most popular analysis programs in the automated engineering calculations environment. A finite element model was created for each stage of the calculation. Results of topological optimization were compared with various digital products. Abstract
The paper studies technology issues of verification processes in regard to the software systems 3D numerical simulation using topological optimization of the particular product and its influence on the efficiency of a certain kind of components. Numerical simulation made it possible to construct a solid model of the selected component with the set boundary conditions in several of the most popular analysis programs in the automated engineering calculations environment. A finite element model was created for each stage of the calculation. Results of topological optimization were compared with various digital products. Advantages and disadvantages of the selected software systems were highlighted.
