Abstract
It is theoretically shown, that the Brillouin laser of the conjugated wave allows expanding abilities of PC at SBS for excimer lasers broadband radiation. The optical arrangements and nonlinear media for PC at SBS with a feedback of excimer lasers radiation are offered.
