Abstract
Generally, sine waves are necessary for frequency characteristics measurement of RC polyphase filters. Fortunately, it is known that there is the substitutability between sine waves and square waves. In this paper, first, the measurement method is briefly introduced. Second, the circuit design for its integration and the layout design are presented. Finally, the measurement results are reviewed.
