Abstract

The task of minimizing the costs of providing IT services, as a task of optimizing control actions on quality indicators, was solved. An Statistical Aggregation and Decomposition approach was developed to study the quality of IT services on the basis of multiple regression and autoregression of the integrated moving average, in which these methods were jointly used to predict the components of the aggregated quality indicator.
