The S-boxobtainedbytheproposedmethodologyistestedagainststandardstatisticaltestslikebijective property, strict avalanche criteria, nonlinearity, differential uniformity, bits independent criteria, andlinearapproximationprobability,revealingitsoutstandingperformance.TheproposedS-boxis comparedwithsomerecentchaos-based8×8S-boxes.Moreover,theproposedS-boxisappliedto encryptplain-imagewithproposedS-boxtransformationtounveilandhighlightitsinherentgreat encryptionstrength.Theresultsconfirmthatthedesignisconsistentandsuitableforbuildingstrong encryptionsystemsforsecurecommunication.
