Abstract
In order to solve the problem of artillery targets' value analyses and arrangement in battlefield, we establish a rational and evaluating model based on the grey association space theory and the entropy concept in information theory, and preferably deals with factors and concepts which are usually grey, fuzzy and unreliable and difficult to be quantified. The example shows that it can obtain the practical conclusion from the model.
