The study sample consisted of (418) teachers chosen by using stratified random sample method. The results indicated that the practice degree of supervisory competencies by educational supervisors in Irbid Governorate from the point of view of the teachers, medium degree on the tool as a whole and all domains. Abstract

This study aimed to identify to the degree of supervisory competencies by educational supervisors in Irbid Governorate from teachers' point of view, and it aimed to identify the suggestions for development.
