Abstract

The article reveals the concept of the socio-psychological climate in the work collective, as well as actualizes the role of the leader in the formation of a favorable working atmosphere. Describes formal and informal relationships in teams, as well as their impact on performance. The main functions of a leader are considered, which are aimed at the formation of a psychological psychological atomosphere in a team. The leading role of the leader in the formation of a favorable socio-psychological climate is substantiated, since it is he who acts as a regulator of formal and informal relationships between colleagues.
