Abstract

CITISIA was initiated at Monash University Sunway campus in the year 2007, by IEEE Monash Student Branch, as a trial and error being the correct reflection of engineering profession; CITISIA 2008 organized by Multimedia University was standing firmly as a prototype of a vehicle which is proven within Malaysian and Singapore communities. Today, CITISIA 2009 celebrates as an essential vehicle to drive by the communities in the Asia-Pacific region and it is correctly reflected in the IEEE as IEEE Region 10.
