Abstract
NICE III computer program is based on NICE I and NICE II. NICE III is a suitable tool for CO/sub 2/ emission analysis in various economic structures. The article presents NICE III computer program and its application to CO/sub 2/ reduction in China. The application has proved that NICE III package has very strong flexibility.
