A group control of the movable antennas for maximizing received signal level in the radar surveillance system

Abstract

We develop a simple radar surveillance system which is composed of a mobile transmitting antenna and a mobile receiving antenna. The system aims at detecting the intruder such as illegal drone. To this end, we propose here to optimize the locations of the two antennas maximizing the signal level of the reflected wave detected by the receiving antenna. We evaluated the effectiveness of our proposed method by some simulations.
