SOME ASPECTS OF HUMAN RIGHTS ACTIVITIES IN MODERN SOCIETY

Abstract

Статья посвящена основным проблемам, связанным с формированием государственной политики в правозащитной сфере. Во введении рассматривается и анализируется процесс создания Всеобщей Декларации прав человека, как основного международного документа, направленного на защиту прав человека. Обосновывается применение необходимых для исследования феномена правозащиты концепций, методов и приемов. Предлагается собственное видение в понимании правозащитной деятельности. Предлагается к обсуждение тезис о понимании сущности личности правозащитника и процесса формирования этой личности, а также необходимости научной концепции правозащитного механизма в государстве. The article is devoted to the main problems related to the formation of state policy in the field of human rights. The introduction examines and analyzes the process of creating the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as the main international document aimed at protecting human rights. The application of concepts, methods and techniques necessary for the study of the phenomenon of human rights protection is justified. The author offers his own vision in understanding human rights activities. It is proposed to discuss the thesis on understanding the essence of the human rights defender's personality and the process of forming this personality, as well as the need for a scientific concept of the human rights mechanism in the state.
