Abstract

Full wave simulations and antenna measurements based on near field techniques are two widely different but nevertheless preferred methods for engineers to characterize the radiating properties of complex electromagnetic systems. Examples of such systems are various platforms embarking antenna like satellites, planes, vehicles etc. [1]–[2].
