Proposal of Supply and Demand Mediation type Transportation Service based on Dissatisfaction

Abstract

Recently, several on-demand transportation services have operated as commercial services or experiments of proof-of-concept. In this paper, we proposed a new supply and demand mediation transportation service that includes means to measure and estimate dissatisfactions of transportation service providers and users in real-time. This service changes the dissatisfactions with countable points, and uses them for real-time operation planning. We describe use-cases, simulation implementation and result using 100,000 population city and effectiveness by mediating with dissatisfactions between a bus company and passengers.
