The results of the study show that the recruitment, selection and job training processes simultaneously have a significant effect on device performance. The recruitment process is the most dominant factor affecting the performance of the device. Abstract

The Recruitment Process is defined as the process of withdrawing a number of employees who have the potential to be selected as employees or employees. Selection is the selection process of a group of applicants who best meet the criteria for positions available within the village.
