Abstract

Sometimes, due to the inertia of the emerging judicial practice in the application of procedural legislation, arbitration courts lose sight of some significant procedural tools that are provided to them by the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation. In practice, this creates difficulties in the execution and reversal of the execution of judicial acts. Let us examine this problem using the example of the arbitration court rulings.
