ADVISO demonstration: a video content management system

Abstract

In this demonstration we present the architecture and discuss the implementation of a video content management system called ADVISO. The system performs video segmentation and feature extraction to create an abstract representation of video. The abstracted video representation can be stored and used in a variety of applications, such as a personalized news retrieval system, home video library management and commercial detection.
