On the basis of requirement identification, this research builds a cloud-based information service platform architecture for inland waterway. Technical solutions are proposed for IWaaS (Inland Waterway as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), DaaS (Data as a Service) and IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) layers. Abstract

内河航道智能信息服务需求识别方法及应用研究
针对内河航道综合信息服务面临的用户种类多、服务需求多样化、易变而难以捕获的问题,提出了一种内河航道智能信息服务领域的识别技术。开展内河航道信息服务需求用户调查,建立识别模型,识别船员、船公司、管理部门/科研单位和港口企业四类用户中最迫切的信息需求。在需求识别的基础上,构建了基于云的内河航道信息服务平台架构。提出了内河航道即服务(IWaaS)、平台即服务(PaaS)、数据即服务(DaaS)、基础设施即服务(IaaS)等层的技术解决方案。内河航道信息服务需求智能识别方法及应用是持续提升内河航道信息服务质量的有效途径。
